A fabulous week in a truly magnificent setting! Having never been to Wiltshire before, we were amazed to see beautiful village after beautiful village amid breath-taking landscapes. Cannot recommend Longleat highly enough (we were pleased that we paid an extra £5 for an additional day) and Lacock has to be seen to be believed!!

A lovely, quaint, and spotlessly clean cottage. Our children were thrilled to have their own bedrooms, and it was nice to have a kitchen and laundry facilities. Steeple Ashton is a very friendly village and a great location to act as home base to tour the area. We loved the heated beds!

We so enjoyed our delightful week at Jasmine Cottage. All was thoughtfully prepared and comfortable. Steeple Ashton is a gem – St. Mary’s, the Village Shop, local walks, the playing field – and our excursions further afield were equally lovely. We will have such happy memories of our time here. Many thanks

Jasmine Cottage is very comfortable and welcoming, and excellent value for money, we would highly recommend it. There was everything we could wish for to make our week's break one of the best we've had in the UK. The owner is extremely helpful and prompt with replying to our emails and kindly provided at the cottage a lot of leaflets and information on things to do and see in the area which was very thoughtful.

Regarding nearby places to visit, Bratton Camp is a must - the views are breathtaking. Bradford on Avon is a lovely town and well worth a visit (The Saxon Church, The Tithe Barn and St Mary Tor should be on your itinerary). Corsham is a lovely town too. Avebury, West Kennet Long Barrow, Lacock, Silbury Hill, Woodhenge and Durrington Walls are all impressive places to see. Steeple Ashton itself is lovely to explore and has some fabulous walks.

The Long's Arms public house does a couple of very delicious vegetarian dishes!

Jasmine Cottage is the perfect place to stay in the center of your vacation to SouthWest England. It is clean and cheerful and well equipped. The local villagers are very friendly and helpful. Bath, Stonehenge, Wells and The Cotswalds are all within easy driving distance of the cottage. Steeple Ashton is gorgeous with its own amazing abbey! We will surely stay here again if we make it to this part of England in the future. Thanks to Norman for everything and helping us with dining and suggestions after we arrived!
